Costs and Facilities for an exclusive Wedding or event at Great Bower Barn

£4750 (£750 deposit)

Preparation day, day of wedding, clear up day.

Our exclusive venue offers a limited amount of events from May till the end of September

We offer:

• A large venue 90 foot by 30 foot
• A bar and bar area
• Small wine cooler
• No corkage fees
• A kitchen area for food preparation (prep-kitchen)
• Running water and sink
• Upright fridge freezer
• Large fridge chiller 1295lt
• 200 pint glasses, 50 half pint glasses, 200 wine glasses, 150 champagne flutes.
• 2 galvanised bath beer coolers
• 20lt tea urn with gas bottle
• 2 hot and cold water flasks 5lt
• Toilets including a toilet for the disabled
• Camping on the night of the wedding
• Parking (cars can remain overnight but must be gone by 2.00pm the next day).
• 2 tear hemp rope fencing for around the pond and boundaries, with posts.
• 2 beautiful very large chandelier lights
• Glitter ball and laser light.
• Round tables 5x6ft seats 8 to10, 5x5ft seats 6 to 8, 3×5.5ft seats 7 to 9 and also a top table seating 8.
• 150 mixed wooden chairs.
• Outside garden furniture, sun shades, picnic benches, gazebo, festoon lights.
• Hay bails available.
• 2 wooden display easels
• PA system, with microphones, stereo system compatible with iPhones.
• For an extra cost we have:
• A large Pizza oven.
• A beer cooler and pump with taps.

The venue is such a large space that there is no need to hire a marquee, even if our English weather lets us down, all the guests can comfortably socialize under the one roof.
